STAND MIXERS MP-30, MP-40

Stand mixers MP-30 and MP-40 are designed for kneading dough of various consistencies in baking shops and making bread, pizza, cookies, pastries, and cakes; mixing pates, purees, mayonnaise, sauces, and other food mixtures; whipping cream, ice cream, and custards; mixing minced meat, etc., in food industry enterprises and other food production organizations.

The company is included in the Register of bona fide partners of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

When making confectionery and bakery products, the dough moisture content must be at least 55%.

Mixers are equipped with three easily adjustable tools: a spiral, a spatula, and a whisk, which allow you to whip, mix, and knead any food product.

The mixers' frequency converter allows for setting the required tool speed for various mixing types. A removable bowl and quick tool change and installation reduce operator time. Parts that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel.

The MP-30 and MP-40 mixers are floor-standing models.

The mixers are manufactured in the climatic version UKHL 4 according to GOST 15150 for operation at temperatures ranging from +1°C to +35°C.

They have a Declaration of Conformity from the Eurasian Economic Union.

Mixer Design and Operation

The mixers, as shown in Figure 1, consist of a housing 1 containing a tool rotation drive, including a motor 5, a belt drive 7, and a gearbox 9. Quick-change tools 4 are mounted on the gearbox's output shaft 12. A removable bowl 3 is mounted and secured to a bracket 2. A “START”-“STOP” button 13 with a variable resistor is located on a cap 6. The rotating parts of the gearbox are protected by a grille 8 and a shield 15. When the shield 8 is moved or the bowl 3 is lowered, a corresponding microswitch 10 stops the mixer.

Mixer transportation conditions regarding exposure to climatic factors are as per Group 4 of GOST 15150-69 and temperatures not lower than -25°C. Mixer transportation conditions regarding exposure to mechanical factors are as per Group C of GOST 23170-78.

Installation

No special conditions are required for the installation of mixers. Mixers should not be placed in areas accessible to everyone, including children and people with disabilities.

All work related to connection to the power grid and commissioning must be performed by a representative of a specialized service organization, in accordance with the following regulations in force in the Republic of Belarus: “Rules for Electrical Installations,” TKP 181-2009 “Rules for the Technical Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations,” and “Intersectoral Occupational Safety Rules.”

Warranty Obligations

The warranty period is 24 months from the date the machine is commissioned but no later than 6 months from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period the manufacturer will correct any equipment malfunctions or faults only if:

  1. All requirements of the machine’s User Manual are met.
  2. Installation and commissioning are performed by service center specialists or by specialists from another organization with the manufacturer’s written permission.
  3. A copy of the fully completed Equipment Commissioning Certificate is submitted to the manufacturer within 10 days of the machine’s commissioning date for warranty registration.
  4. Monthly maintenance is performed in accordance with the User Manual.
  5. A fully completed Claim Report is submitted to the manufacturer.

Monthly maintenance work, in accordance with the requirements of the “User Manual,” is not covered by the warranty and is performed at the consumer’s expense by specialized organizations under a prior agreement between them.

Violation of any of the above points voids the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.

Note: The completed “Equipment Commissioning Certificate” and “Claim Report” must be stamped by the consumer and the company performing the commissioning, repairs, and maintenance.
