The meat grinder VIM-130 is designed for processing frozen meat products in catering establishments and other processing facilities. It is suitable for grinding meat chilled to at least
-2°C, producing ground beef, minced pork and poultry for sausage and other meat products, and can also be used for grinding other products with a similar consistency.

Included is an additional set of cutting tools (two plates, two double-sided knives, and one knife edge).
The meat grinder is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard and has a Eurasian Economic Union Declaration of Conformity.
The grinder complies with the following technical regulations of the Customs Union: TR CU 010/2011 “On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment” and TR CU 020/2011 “Electromagnetic Compatibility of Technical Equipment.” The spinning top is manufactured in the climatic version UKHL 4 according to GOST 15150.

Grinder Structure and Operation
Load the ingredients for mixing into housing 1, close the protective plate 11, and press the “Start” button 8.
A reverse mode is provided, which, if necessary, starts the auger rotation in the opposite direction to return any remaining product to the auger portion of the housing.

The assembled feed spout consists of a housing in which the auger 2 rotates, a nut 8, double-sided knives 4, a plate with 8 mm holes 5, a plate with 5 mm holes 6, a front auger support 7 and a knife edge 3.

Transportation
The machine must be transported from the pickup location to the installation and assembly site in the manufacturer’s packaging in an upright position using all types of covered transport excluding air transport in accordance with applicable cargo transportation regulations for the relevant mode of transport. After unpacking the machine, check the completeness of the package in accordance with Section 1.3 of the User Manual.
Installation
The installation location of the meat grinder must ensure its safety and ensure ease of operation and maintenance, and must comply with fire safety and safety regulations. It must prevent it from slipping, tipping, or overturning in any operating mode.
All work related to connecting the meat grinder to the electrical network and commissioning must be performed by a representative of a specialized service organization, in accordance with the “Electrical Installation Rules” and TKP 181-2009 “Rules for the Technical Operation of Electrical Installations of Consumers” in force in the Republic of Belarus, or in accordance with similar applicable regulations of the importing country.
Warranty Obligations
The warranty period is 24 months from the date the machine is commissioned but no later than 6 months from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period the manufacturer will correct any equipment malfunctions or faults only if:
All requirements of the machine’s User Manual are met.
Installation and commissioning are performed by service center specialists or by specialists from another organization with the manufacturer’s written permission.
A copy of the fully completed Equipment Commissioning Certificate is submitted to the manufacturer within 10 days of the machine’s commissioning date for warranty registration.
Monthly maintenance is performed in accordance with the User Manual.
A fully completed Claim Report is submitted to the manufacturer.
Monthly maintenance work, in accordance with the requirements of the “User Manual,” is not covered by the warranty and is performed at the consumer’s expense by specialized organizations under a prior agreement between them.
Violation of any of the above points voids the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.
Note: The completed “Equipment Commissioning Certificate” and “Claim Report” must be stamped by the consumer and the company performing the commissioning, repairs, and maintenance.
