The structure and operation of a dough kneader

The dough mixing bowl has a shaft containing a tool used for mixing the ingredients. A lid 5 is mounted above the bowl to protect personnel from the rotating parts of the machine. Handles 14 secure the bowl 2 during operation. The machine is turned on and off using the “Start” and “Stop” buttons 8. The rotating torque is transmitted to the kneading element via chain transmission 7.

For easy unloading of the finished dough, bowl 2 can be tilted downwards by 90° after first opening the lid 5.

The dough mixing process is stopped by pressing the “Stop” button. For safety, the lid 5 of bowl 2 is equipped with an inductive switch 13 that activates the machine when it is raised.

Before using the machine for the first time, clean the inside and outside of the bowl and tools.

Set the bowl in an upright position (top loading). Turn handles 14 toward each other to lock the bowl in place and prevent it from tipping over. Open lid 5 and load the ingredients.

First, add liquid ingredients (eggs, oil, water, etc.), then dry ingredients (flour, etc.).

Close lid 5.

Turn on the machine using the “Start” button.

While mixing the dough, you can visually inspect the dough through the openings in the lid 5. After mixing is complete, turn off the machine by pressing the “Stop” button. To unload the dough, open the lid 5, turn handles 14 in opposite directions, and tilt the bowl 2 downward.

ATTENTION! If the motor stops and the dough has not reached the desired consistency, remove the dough, divide it into portions no larger than 1-2 kg, and distribute it evenly throughout the bowl. Only after this continue kneading.

After each use, immediately clean the machine. To do this, turn off the circuit breaker, rinse the tools, lid, and bowl with hot water and a 10% baking soda solution, rinse with warm water, and wipe dry. Wipe all exterior surfaces first with a damp cloth, then with a dry one.
