The equipment is included in the Eurasian Register of Industrial Goods of the EAEU Member States (manufacturer identification number 200166490).
The company is included in the Register of bona fide partners of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The dough kneader MT-60M (WITH A REMOVABLE BOWL) with a two-speed motor is designed for intensive mixing of yeast and stiff doughs in small bakeries, pastry shops, and catering establishments.
The first speed is designed for mixing the dough ingredients (preventing flour spraying). The second (higher) speed is for intensive mixing of any dough, at a moisture content of 46-54%. The use of a two-speed motor increases the machine's productivity compared to similar machines from other manufacturers.
The machine is available in climate version U, placement category 3 according to GOST 15150-69, for operation at temperatures from +1°C to +40°C.
This machine is equipped with a lifting head with a kneading tool and a removable bowl with special handles (crossbars).

Dough Kneader Design and Operation
An electric drive rotates the bowl filled with the dough mixture. Simultaneously with the bowl's rotation, a spiral rotates, mixing the dough. The combined rotation of the bowl and the spiral inside the bowl ensures thorough kneading of the dough.
The machine uses a removable kneading tool (spiral), which facilitates sanitation.
For easy removal of dough from the bowl, the kneading tool lifts up.
The crossbars must be used for removing, installing, and moving the bowl.
The circuit diagram provides three automatic modes:
“1” - In this mode, the machine operates at the first, lower speed (bowl speed - 10 rpm, spiral speed - 100 rpm) of the tool rotation;
“2” - In this mode, the machine operates at the second, higher speed (bowl speed - 20 rpm, spiral speed - 201 rpm) of the tool rotation;
“Auto” - In this mode, after being turned on with the “START” button, the machine initially operates at the first (lower) speed for a period determined by the time relay on the electrical panel (120-240 seconds). After this time, the machine automatically switches to the second, higher speed and operates at this speed until turned off with the “STOP” button.
To protect service personnel from injury from the rotating spiral, a lid equipped with microswitches is installed on the bowl; when activated, the machine stops.
When operating in any of the three modes, according to the operating sequence diagram, raising the bowl lid (controlled by microswitch SQ 2) stops the machine; lowering the lid resumes operation. Raising the hinged housing (controlled by microswitch SQ 1) or unlocking the bowl (controlled by proximity switch SQ 2) interrupts the machine cycle. To restart the cycle, press the “START” button after restoring the interlocks.

Transportation
The packaged machine is transported by all types of covered transport, except air, in an upright position, in accordance with the applicable cargo transportation regulations for the given mode of transport.
Transportation conditions for the machine comply with Group 3 of GOST 15150-69 and temperatures no lower than -25°C.
Move the packaged dough kneader MT-60M as follows:
After unpacking, lifting and moving the dough kneader should be carried out using lifting devices of appropriate lifting capacity.
After unpacking the machine, it is necessary to check the completeness of the delivery in accordance with clause 1.3 of the User Manual.
Installation
The machine must be installed in a convenient location on a level surface (table, cabinet) suitable for its weight. Adjustable feet must be screwed to the bottom of the machine before installation.
The machine installation location must be inaccessible to children and persons with disabilities.
All work related to connecting the machine to the electrical network and commissioning must be performed by a representative of a specialized service organization with at least an electrical safety certification group of “III” in accordance with the “Rules for the Installation of Electrical Installations” and “Rules for the Technical Operation of Electrical Installations of Consumers” of the Technical Code of Established Practice TKP 181-2009 (02230), the “Intersectoral Rules for Labor Protection,” or similar applicable regulations of the importing country.
The machine must be connected through an input device with a built-in circuit breaker with an overload current rating of Inom = 4.0 A for protective devices.
Warranty Obligations
The warranty period is 24 months, calculated from the date the machine is commissioned, but no later than 6 months from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer will rectify any equipment malfunctions or faults only if the following conditions are met:
Failure to comply with the above will void the manufacturer's warranty obligations.
Note: The completed “Equipment Commissioning Certificate” and “Claim Report” must be stamped by the consumer and the company performing the commissioning, repairs, and maintenance.
