The minced meat mixing machine MPF-100.V2 is designed for mixing minced meat, chunks of meat up to 0.5 kg, and other viscous and pasty food products with ingredients in catering establishments and small processing plants.

Manufactured in accordance with TU BY 200166490.049-2022 in the climatic version UKHL 4 according to GOST 15150.

  • The housing and stirrers are made of high-quality stainless steel;
  • Floor-standing design on wheels with a lock;
  • 2 stirrers;
  • Tipping bin;
  • All safety precautions are taken: a limit switch on the lid and a lock on the machine prevent the bin from accidentally tipping over;
  • For easy addition of additional ingredients, the lid has dosing holes;
  • A 0000;">“Reverse” function is installed.

The MPF-100.B2 minced meat mixing machine is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard and has a Declaration of Conformity (EAC).

The structure and operation of the minced meat mixing machine

The minced meat mixing machine consists of a drive unit 1 with a bin 3 attached to it. Bin 3 is equipped with a protective cover 12 with dosing holes. Removable stirrers 4 are located inside the bin for mixing the product. The stirrers 4 are driven by drive unit 1, which houses an electric engine 8 and a gearbox 9. The rotation of electric engine 9 and, consequently, stirrers 4 is controlled by the electrical equipment via buttons 2. The minced meat mixing machine is mounted on wheel supports 6 and 7 of frame 5. Ingredients for mixing are loaded into bin 3, covered by protective grate 12, and the direction of rotation of the stirrers is selected. During mixing, additional ingredients can be added through the dosing holes.

To load the minced meat, open the protective plate 12 with the dosing holes, install the stirrers 4 and the shaft 10. Load the ingredients for mixing into bin 3. Close the protective plate 12. Select the direction of rotation of the stirrers 4 by pressing the “Start” or “Reverse” button 2. Mix the ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved. While the product is mixing, additional ingredients can be added through the dosing holes in the protective plate 12.

Press the “Stop” button 2 to stop the mixing process. Open the protective plate 12 with the dosing holes, pull out the lock 11, and rotate bin 3. Unload the finished product.

After finishing work, the machine must be sanitized. Sanitization should be carried out in the following order: remove the stirrers; Wipe the inside and outside surfaces of the machine, as well as the stirrers, with a damp cloth and soapy water, and then with a dry cloth.

Transportation

The machine must be transported from the pickup location to the installation and assembly site in the manufacturer’s packaging in an upright position using all types of covered transport excluding air transport in accordance with applicable cargo transportation regulations for the relevant mode of transport.

After unpacking the machine, check the completeness of the package in accordance with Section 1.3 of the User Manual.

Installation

The installation location of the meat grinder must ensure its safety and ensure ease of operation and maintenance, and must comply with fire safety and safety regulations. It must prevent it from slipping, tipping, or overturning in any operating mode.

All work related to connecting the meat grinder to the electrical network and commissioning must be performed by a representative of a specialized service organization, in accordance with the “Electrical Installation Rules” and TKP 181-2009 “Rules for the Technical Operation of Electrical Installations of Consumers” in force in the Republic of Belarus, or in accordance with similar applicable regulations of the importing country.

Warranty Obligations

The warranty period is 24 months from the date the machine is commissioned but no later than 6 months from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period the manufacturer will correct any equipment malfunctions or faults only if:

  1. All requirements of the machine’s User Manual are met.
  2. Installation and commissioning are performed by service center specialists or by specialists from another organization with the manufacturer’s written permission.
  3. A copy of the fully completed Equipment Commissioning Certificate is submitted to the manufacturer within 10 days of the machine’s commissioning date for warranty registration.
  4. Monthly maintenance is performed in accordance with the User Manual.
  5. A fully completed Claim Report is submitted to the manufacturer.

Monthly maintenance work, in accordance with the requirements of the “User Manual,” is not covered by the warranty and is performed at the consumer’s expense by specialized organizations under a prior agreement between them.

Violation of any of the above points voids the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.

Note: The completed “Equipment Commissioning Certificate” and “Claim Report” must be stamped by the consumer and the company performing the commissioning, repairs, and maintenance.
