The Dual-Purpose Meat Grinder VK-82 has two functions:
Foot-pedal operation is possible.
Designed for use in production facilities, food service establishments, restaurants, and large retail stores.
The meat grinder is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard and has a Eurasian Economic Union Declaration of Conformity.
The grinder complies with the following technical regulations of the Customs Union: TR CU 010/2011 “On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment” and TR CU 020/2011 “Electromagnetic Compatibility of Technical Equipment.” The spinning top is manufactured in the climatic version UKHL 4 according to GOST 15150.

Grinder Structure
The grinder consists of a solid housing 1, a feed spout 2, a stirrer 7 and its support 6, a lid 5, and a control panel 3. Housing 1, on which all structural elements are mounted, has wheels 4.
Housing 1 is equipped with a lid 5. Load the ingredients for mixing into the housing 1, close the lid 5, and press the “Start” button on the control panel 3.
The two wheels 4 are interlocked. Housing 1 is equipped with an inductive switch that stops the grinder when the lid 5 is lifted.
A reverse mode is available by pressing the “Mixing” button. In this mode, the auger begins rotating in the opposite direction for 2 seconds, after which the “Stop” button must be pressed.

3 – control panel;
The assembled feed spout consists of a feed spout 1, in which auger 3 rotates, a clamping nut 10, a knife edge 5, a plate No. 2 with a hole diameter of 5 mm - 8, a plate No. 3 with a hole diameter of 9 mm - 7, a thrust ring 9 and a double-sided knife 6. A key 2 is installed in feed spout 1. A replaceable pin 4 is installed in auger 3 using thread sealant.

Do not allow the meat grinder to operate idle for long periods (without loading the product), as dry friction will cause the jammed knives and plates to fail.
Grinder Operation
For mixing (meat mixer function):
Place a container under the grinder feed spout and load meat or other ingredients into housing 1. Lower lid 5. On control panel 3, press the “Mixing” button. The shaft and paddles will cycle between forward and reverse rotations at 20-second intervals. At the same time, the auger will reverse for 2 seconds every 20 seconds.
For grinding:
Place a container under the grinder feed spout and load ingredients into housing 1. Lower lid 5. On control panel 3, press the appropriate button (“Grinding” or “Pedal”). The grinding process will begin: the auger and paddles will rotate forward. The “Pedal” button allows you to remotely activate grinding mode.
To change modes, first stop the meat grinder with the “Stop” button and then select the desired operation by pressing the button on the control panel.
Transportation
The machine must be transported from the pickup location to the installation and assembly site in the manufacturer’s packaging in an upright position using all types of covered transport excluding air transport in accordance with applicable cargo transportation regulations for the relevant mode of transport. After unpacking the machine, check the completeness of the package in accordance with Section 1.3 of the User Manual.
Installation
The installation location of the meat grinder must ensure its safety and ensure ease of operation and maintenance, and must comply with fire safety and safety regulations. It must prevent it from slipping, tipping, or overturning in any operating mode.
All work related to connecting the meat grinder to the electrical network and commissioning must be performed by a representative of a specialized service organization, in accordance with the “Electrical Installation Rules” and TKP 181-2009 “Rules for the Technical Operation of Electrical Installations of Consumers” in force in the Republic of Belarus, or in accordance with similar applicable regulations of the importing country.
Warranty Obligations
The warranty period is 24 months from the date the machine is commissioned but no later than 6 months from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period the manufacturer will correct any equipment malfunctions or faults only if:
Monthly maintenance work, in accordance with the requirements of the “User Manual,” is not covered by the warranty and is performed at the consumer’s expense by specialized organizations under a prior agreement between them.
Violation of any of the above points voids the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.
Note: The completed “Equipment Commissioning Certificate” and “Claim Report” must be stamped by the consumer and the company performing the commissioning, repairs, and maintenance.
