PLM-750

The meat band saw PLM-750 is designed for quickly cutting chilled and frozen meat, as well as bone-in meat or boneless meat, into portions of various sizes.

It is available in the climatic version UKHL 4 according to GOST 15150-69.

It is reliable, safe, and compliant with the technical regulations of the Customs (Eurasian) Union. It is easy to maintain and offers a long service life.

Includes 2 blades!

The housing is made of high-quality stainless steel, floor-standing, and features four adjustable feet for leveling the machine on uneven surfaces.

The maximum cutting height is 6000 mm, and the cutting width is 750 mm.

IMPORTANT! The PLM-750 saw is equipped with two independent sliding tables and an automatic table return mechanism. The tables can be moved independently or together. It comes with a device for cutting the last portion of the product.

A blade protection system is included.

The PLM-750 saw is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard and has a Declaration of Conformity (EAC) and a Declaration of Product Conformity (DECLARATION) with technical regulations.

Saw Design and Operation

The saw is driven by electric motor 18. Driven pulley 11 drives saw blade 17. Saw blade 17 is tensioned by turning the blade tension handle clockwise. The product is cut by passing it through saw blade 17. To achieve the desired cut height, guard 8 is adjusted and locked with petal handle 22.

ATTENTION!

For best cutting results, the ultra-sharp cutting edge must be broken in. It is recommended to begin cutting with a feed force of 50% of the rated force.

After 15-20 minutes of sawing, increase the feed force to 100% for the next 20 minutes. Break-in time may increase depending on the material being cut.

If a malfunction is detected, disconnect the power supply and do not turn the saw on until the problem is corrected.

Transportation

The machine must be transported from the pickup location to the installation and assembly site in the manufacturer’s packaging in an upright position using all types of covered transport excluding air transport in accordance with applicable cargo transportation regulations for the relevant mode of transport.

After unpacking the machine, check the completeness of the package in accordance with Section 1.3 of the User Manual.

After unpacking, the saw must be lifted and moved using lifting devices of appropriate lifting capacity.

Installation

The saw’s installation location must ensure its safety and ensure ease of operation and maintenance, and must comply with fire safety and safety regulations. It must prevent it from slipping, tipping, or overturning under any operating mode.

All work related to connecting the machine to the electrical network and commissioning must be performed by a representative of a specialized service organization in accordance with the following applicable regulations in the Republic of Belarus: “Rules for the Installation of Electrical Installations,” TKP 181-2023 “Rules for the Technical Operation of Electrical Installations of Consumers,” “Intersectoral Occupational Health and Safety Rules,” or similar applicable regulations of the importing country.

Warranty Obligations

The warranty period is 24 months from the date the machine is commissioned but no later than 6 months from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period the manufacturer will correct any equipment malfunctions or faults only if:

1. All requirements of the machine’s User Manual are met.
2. Installation and commissioning are performed by service center specialists or by specialists from another organization with the manufacturer’s written permission.
3. A copy of the fully completed Equipment Commissioning Certificate is submitted to the manufacturer within 10 days of the machine’s commissioning date for warranty registration.
4. Monthly maintenance is performed in accordance with the User Manual.
5. A fully completed Claim Report is submitted to the manufacturer.

Monthly maintenance work, in accordance with the requirements of the “User Manual,” is not covered by the warranty and is performed at the consumer’s expense by specialized organizations under a prior agreement between them.

Violation of any of the above points voids the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.

Note: The completed “Equipment Commissioning Certificate” and “Claim Report” must be stamped by the consumer and the company performing the commissioning, repairs, and maintenance.
