The MOO-1 and MOO-1-01 are designed for peeling potatoes and roots (beetroot, carrots) at trade and catering enterprises.

Distinctive features:

tip-up upper cover-funnel with the spring-loaded latch protecting from spontaneous opening
electric interlock of opening of a upper cover
lateral outlet pipe (made of stainless steel) allows to put a pulp-collector (made of stainless steel; is supplied with the machines) under it
installed time-delay relay allows to set the optimal mode of peeling and to save energy
overall dimensions were reduced to increase sustainability during work
