MIM-1000 meat grinder is designed for mincing blocks of trimmed meat for production of sausages and other meat products at catering facilities, in meat store and small production shops, meat shops of stores and at the enterprises producing patties, dumplings, sausages or other semi-finished products.

MIM-1000 is manufactured in УХЛ 4 (moderate and cold climate, adjustable environment) modification in accordance with GOST 15150-69 for operation at temperatures from +1°C to +35°C.

This meat grinder is notable for reliability, safety, compliance with technical regulations of the Customs Union, ease of maintenance and durability.

MIM-1000 meat grinder is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 and has the Declaration of Conformity of the Eurasian Economic Union (see Annex).

The grinder provides the “Reverse” mode in case of auger stopping during processing of low-quality meat products. By pressing the "Reverse" button, you can return the product to loading neck and then repeatedly process it or remove it from the grinder with no disassembly of: blade - grinding plate - auger unit.

This meat grinder is manufactured entirely of high quality stainless steel.

MIM-1000 meat grinder has a double transmission technology: electric motor - chain drive - belt drive - intermediate shaft - drive shaft.

It is equipped with “Enterprise” removable system of blades and grinding plates made of high-quality material providing resistance to damage. The blade and grinding plate are thick enough to be sharpened many times. Durability of the components is ensured by sharpening in strict accordance with technical requirements.

The ventilated three-phase motor ensures continuous uninterrupted operation with no necessity of  special maintenance.

Mincer composition and functioning

Meat mincing system consists of meat mincer itself, a tray with protection element, a pusher, a housing consisting of electric motor, support, chain and belt drive, facing and control unit. Meat mincer assembly consists of: nut, grinding plate No.1, blade and stainless steel neck where the auger rotates.

The neck is fastened with cap nuts.

Fixed protection element and the pusher are located above the feeding hole and prevent the possibility of contact of operator’s  hands with the auger of the running meat mincer.

The processed product should be deboned and cut into blocks. The temperature of the processed product should be +8 ± 2°С. Connective tissues and cords should be removed from the processed product. If they can not be separated, they should be cut in several points so that fibers wound around the blade during operation and disrupting normal meat mincer operation do not form.

The prepared product should be loaded into the tray, manually fed to meat mincer neck and then pushed to the rotating auger.

Long-time idle operation of the meat mincer (with no product loading) is impermissible as dry friction results in damage to the clamped blades and grinding plates.


The machine should be transported from the place of receipt to the place of installation and mounting in factory package. After unpacking, check the completeness of delivery in accordance with paragraph 1.3 of the Operating Manual.


All the works upon connecting the machine to power line and putting it into operation should be performed by a representative of servicing company in accordance with “Electrical Installations Code”, TKP 191-2009 “Rules for the Operation of Consumers’ Electrical Installations” and “Cross-industry Labor Safety Regulations” applicable in the Republic of Belarus or in accordance with similar applicable regulations of the importing country.

Warranty liabilities

Warranty period is 24 months. It starts from the day of putting the machine into operation, but not later than 6 months from the date of machine purchase.

Manufacturing company shall eliminate equipment malfunctions during warranty period, provided that the following conditions are observed: 

  1. Observance of all the requirements of “Operating Manual” regarding the machine.
  2. Putting into operation and monthly maintenance is performed by a specialized company (under consumer agreement) in accordance with the list of companies or by other repair companies under written permission of the manufacturer.
  3. Handing over (sending) the copy of signed “Act of machine commissioning” (Annex И) to manufacturing company within 14 days from the day of putting the machine into operation.
  4. Sending (handing over) the “Damage claim” (Annex К), containing the information on machine malfunction, failure of its parts or utilities.

In case of non-observance of any of the above-specified conditions, the manufacturing company disclaims all its warranty liabilities.

Note: the drawn-up “Act of machine commissioning” and “Damage claim” shall be stamped by the consumer and by repair/maintenance company.
