MIM-80 and MIM-80-01 meat mincers are designed for grinding meat and fish, re-grinding patty mass and sausage stuffing at public catering facilities.

They are manufactured with stainless steel facing in UHL4 (moderate climate) modification under GOST 15150-69 for operation at temperatures from +1 to +35°С.

MIM-80 and MIM-80-01 meat mincers are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 and have DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF TECHNICAL REGULATIONSCertificate of Conformity to EU Directives - CE and EAC Certificate of Conformity (Annex).

They are manufactured in a single-phase and three-phase modification for connection to AC power mains.

MIM-80 and MIM-80-01 meat mincers are equipped with “Reverse” function, which allows the auger to be released in case of winding tendons without additional machine disassembly.

Worm reducer ensures quiet, smooth and even machine operation, improves performance and increases operating time. During machine operation, there is no need for adjustments, and necessity of current repairs is significantly reduced.

Composition and functionality of the machines

The machines consist of a meat mincer and drive itself. Meat mincer assembly consists of an aluminum housing in which the auger rotates, clamping nut, a reversible knife, a grid, a thrust ring and a scoring knife.

Drive: 4-Driving shaft; 5- Reducer; 6- Facing; 7 - Electrical motor; 8- Shock absorber; 9- “Power” indicator; 10- “Reverse” button; 11- “Stop” button; 12- “Start” button; 13- Rear facing; 14- Block of clamps; 15- Clamp; 16- Cable input; 17- Equipotential clamp

Housing is secured with threaded clamps.

Fixed protection element is located above the feeding hole and prevents the possibility of contact of operator’s hands with the auger of the running machine.

Meat or fish should be deboned, cut into pieces weighing not more than 0.05 kg. Connective tissues and cords should be removed from the product being processed.

The processed product should be manually fed from the tray to meat mincer housing neck, and then pushed to the rotating auger. The product is moved by the auger and passes sequentially through the set of cutting tools.

To obtain mince of different fineness degree, the mincer is equipped with a set of grinding plates with holes of various sizes. Grinding plates should be inserted into mincer housing and kept from turning by a key.

Note: for increasing motor torque in single-phase machines, forced switching is applied. The motor rotates at high torque during short-term holding “START” button (up to 1 sec.) Or “Reverse” button (up to 3 sec.). Long-term operation of the motor in forced mode is impermissible due to probability of  overheating.
