Quality assurance has become a strategic task and an integral part of company’s corporate culture in the context of market relations. Only those organizations that offer high quality of its products, supplies and maintenance and that continuously improve product quality by means of introduction of advanced technologies and management systems can operate and develop successfully.

The management of “Torgmash” open joint-stock company has developed a quality management system (QMS) for manufacturing of processing equipment for public catering facilities and trade enterprises, that comply with the requirements of ISO 9001.

The company’s mission is to strengthen its leading position in the market of processing equipment for public catering facilities in EAEU and CIS countries by offering innovative and reliable solutions. In order to manufacture competitive products of consistent high quality, in 2004 the company introduced and certified a quality management system for manufacturing of processing equipment for public catering facilities and trade enterprises.

In December 2017, the quality management system was certified in accordance with the new edition of STB ISO 9001-2015 (certificate of conformity dated December 8, 2017). The company developed and approved documented information on activities and processes management and on the processes of monitoring, measurements and analysis in order to confirm QMS applicability in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001. In the context of transition to the new edition of STB ISO 9001-2015, the company introduced an effective management technique of hazard analysis. Hazards allow to determine the factors, that may cause deviations of company’s manufacturing processes and management system from planned results.

The company’s strategy is governed by its quality policy. The quality policy is the primary document among the QMS documented information and is the basis for quality objectives setting. It corresponds to company’s tasks and supports its strategic orientation.

Quality management system efficiency improvement is a strategic aim of company’s personnel and executive management.
